Excel 1400
In addition to ultrasonic film cleaning machines, MMT have recently launched a new lower cost and more compact professional film cleaner, the Excel 1400.
The Excel 1400 is effective at dust, particulate and other dirt blemishes. It is suitable for original negative and print film. The non immersion design uses a combination of Isopropanol solvent and dry cleaning technology to efficiently and safety clean motion picture film. The Excel 1400 replaces the successful design of the Lipsner Smith Excel 1100 used by scanning, film laboratory and archive facilities for more than 30 years. Excel 1100 machines are sometimes available as used, factory rebuilt units.
