Excel 1400

The Excel 1400 is effective at dust, particulate and other dirt blemishes. It is suitable for original negative and print film. Proven effective, safe, film cleaning technology, with prestigious global users for over 30 years.

It employs a combination of wetted buffer cleaning using isopropanol and extensive use of Particle Transfer Rollers (PTR). This combination efficiently and effectively cleans delicate motion picture film. The model Excel 1400 enhances the successful design of the Lipsner Smith Excel 1100 used by scanning, film laboratory, and archive facilities for more than 30 years.

TapeChek Evaluator Cleaners

New videotape evaluator cleaners

Media Migration Technology offers a full range of professional video tape evaluator cleaners, including new models for Betacam and U-matic formats. All machines are fully automatic and easy to use. The machines professionally clean and rejuvenate archive tapes, whether in cassettes or open reels. Media Archives and Libraries use these devices to prepare tapes for digitization. Cleaning removes loose oxide or metal particles from the critical tape surface and improves quality. VTR head-life is extended by reduced oxide shedding and clogging.
